24-hour advance booking is required for online booking through
this website. For same-day bookings, please chat or call us
and we will try our best to accomodate you!
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
(usually within 2 hours and can take upto 24 hours).
All fares are inclusive of taxes and toll charges!
Cancellation requests must be made at least 8 hours before the
scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations or no-shows will
incur a 50% charge of the total fare.
The driver will wait for a maximum of 45 minutes at the pickup
location. Additional waiting time will be charged at ₹50 per
15-minute block. This is waived off in circumstances beyond
control like flight delays.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings
during the journey.
In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternative vehicle will be
arranged immediately.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in
the vehicle
All complaints and feedback should be reported within 24 hours
of the journey.
